​The Xor'cist is a glitchy and gated fuzz and a ringmodulator with a squarewave modulation feature that can either be set to alternate between fuzz and ringmod sounds or create a choppy type of on/off tremolo/stutter.

It's time to excorcise your demons!
This is a demo of the 1.0 version. A new demo of the 2.0 board is coming soon. They are essentially they same except that the 2.0 board lacks the tone switch function. The "switch" switch and the LFO switch was not really needed as you now simply turn on the modulation with the momentary footswitch.

Build documents

The Xor'cist 1.0 was discontinued because alot of people were having problems with their builds. The new board takes care of all those issues and simplifies the circuit for a much easier and more straight forward build.

Changes to PCB 2.0
  • Trimmed down circuit: all switches removed
  • Sensitivity trimmer added for input control
  • No need for a special 3PDT board - rate LED's are now board mounted
  • Board mounted dip-switch to toggle between latching or momentary switch action and gated or free-running LFO
