Tim Escobedo's Ugly Face is somewhat of a DIY classic and a must build IMO if you like crazy noisy fuzz. I used this vero layout by Andrew Kraspanis which includes the LFO mod by Mick Baily. For this one I wanted a special enclosure. This is a octagon hammond enclosure from moodysounds.se
