The Console 84
The Console 84 is a guitar synthesizer inspired by the sounds of the consoles and the computers from the 8-bit era. It has a nice sounding sustain with envelopes, latching notes, many types of modulation and a pseudo random pattern generator similar to an arpeggiator.
It's by far the most fun, versatile and musical guitar synth that I have ever designed that puts all my old designs to shame. I wanted to make the best 8-bit style pedal possible and it took me five years to complete this design. Let's go back in time! The Console 84 has two latching oscillators that makes it possible to play overlapping notes, envelopes, glide, detune and octave settings, a fuzz mode and a sequencer. It's possible to save up to 5 of your favourite settings.

There's a simplified single oscillator version called The C82 MICRO avaliable as a DIY project. The Console 84 turned out to complex for a DIY project unfortunately, with alot of surface mount components, on-board programming required and even a 3D printed mounting part.
